Privacy Policy
We keep it simple: we count page views, we don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking, and we don’t sell your data. Here’s exactly what we do.

What we keep
If you contact us through the form on this site, we store what you typed — your name, email, phone number, role, and message — so we can reply to you. We also store your IP address with it, to limit spam. That’s the only personal information we collect, and we only collect it when you choose to send it.
What we don’t do
We don’t use advertising pixels or any cross-site tracking. We don’t build profiles on visitors. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Site analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records each page view, including job listing pages, along with the referring site, your approximate location (country and region), and your device type, operating system, and browser. It uses no cookies. Visitors are told apart by a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, and the data is used only as combined totals. We can’t tell who you are from it, and it is not shared with anyone for advertising.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Turnstile runs in your browser and may set a cookie and share limited network data with Cloudflare. We don’t receive any of that data — we only receive a pass/fail result.
Updating or removing your information
If you’d like to update or delete anything you sent us, email info@scouttherapystaffing.com and we’ll take care of it.
